01DIRECT ANSWER

Current website practice

Business enquiries are stored for review. Tracking stays limited.

When you submit the contact form, CYBERNOX AI stores the business information you enter so the enquiry can be reviewed and followed up. The website also records a small number of first-party interaction events, such as a successful enquiry, Live Lab launch or ecosystem link click. We do not use these records to build advertising profiles.

Detailed notice

Purpose, use and control.

This notice describes the present public website. A project-specific agreement or separate notice may apply if a client engagement requires different information handling.

01

Information you submit

A business enquiry may include your name, business name, business email, selected need, message, page context and referral source. Only include information appropriate for an initial business conversation.

02

How enquiry information is used

We use submitted information to understand the enquiry, assess fit, communicate with you, maintain relevant business records and protect the integrity of the contact process.

03

First-party website events

The site may record events such as opening the Live Business Lab, clicking a CYBERNOX ecosystem site, starting or completing a contact enquiry, clicking a service link or using the direct email link. These records are used to understand whether the website is helping visitors reach useful information.

04

IP addresses and abuse control

CYBERNOX application tables do not store raw IP addresses for contact enquiries or first-party website events. Where a server secret is configured, the application may create a one-way code from connection information for rate limiting and abuse control. Hosting providers may still process IP addresses in routine infrastructure logs.

05

Service providers

The public website is hosted on Vercel and uses Neon for website enquiry and event storage. Email and other project-specific providers may process information when you use those separate services or enter a client engagement.

06

Retention and access

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for business follow-up, security, analytics, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your enquiry, subject to appropriate verification and applicable law.

07

Safeguards and limitations

We use administrative and technical practices appropriate to the information involved, including restricted application access and protected production credentials. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

09

Changes to this notice

We may update this page as the website, services or legal requirements change. The review date near the top identifies the current published version.
